## Installation

This guide will walk you through the complete process of installing and activating Joinchat Premium on your WordPress site.

> Note: **Joinchat Premium** is a paid extension for **Joinchat**, so you must have the free plugin installed. If you haven't yet installed it, download it for free [from this link](https://wordpress.org/plugins/creame-whatsapp-me/).

1. After purchasing **Joinchat Premium**, visit your Joinchat control panel at [https://my.join.chat](https://my.join.chat/my-account/)
2. Log in with the details you received in the email after purchase; if you can't remember them, you can [reset your password](https://my.join.chat/account/password/).
3. Once logged in, go to the [**Downloads section**](https://my.join.chat/account/api-downloads/) and \[1\] download the **.zip file** of Joinchat Premium. If you haven't installed the free Joinchat WP, \[2\] you can also download it from the bottom of this section.
