Joinchat is software specially designed for WordPress, based on a freemium business model. It is made up of three plugins:
1. Joinchat (free version)
This is the base plugin, available in the official WordPress repository. It is designed to solve two main problems:
- Improve conversions for any online business, through a floating button that connects visitors with the business’s WhatsApp support.
- Drive traffic from landing pages to conversion pages.
2. Joinchat Premium (paid version)
This is a yearly subscription plugin with several pricing plans, available on the Join.chat website. It is designed to:
- The floating button is not just a shortcut, but is also capable of qualifying leads, sparking curiosity and a basic level of awareness in the visitor about the value proposition of the product or service, motivating them to want to know more.
- Segment user access to the WhatsApp channel, ideal for businesses that receive too many repetitive inquiries on this and other direct contact channels.
- Create Chat Funnels, that is, conversational forms.
- In its Joinchat Premium+ version, it also allows you to:
- Capture lead data.
- Send this data to other applications (CRM, ERP, Zapier, etc.) via webhooks.
- Integrate the information with Ads campaigns.

3. Joinchat AI (paid version)
This is a monthly subscription plugin that includes an artificial intelligence service. It is designed to:
- Create AI conversational agents, ideal for businesses that receive a high volume of repetitive inquiries, both during and outside of business hours.
- Work as a semi-autonomous service that supports the helpdesk team and can resolve up to 80% of inquiries.
- Generate detailed reports of all conversations.
The free plugin is always required as the base.
The two paid plugins (Joinchat Premium and Joinchat AI) can be used independently or together, offering better solutions. For example, when combined they allow you to integrate Chat Funnels to collect lead data along with the AI assistant, so that for the end user it is imperceptible whether they are interacting with a funnel or with artificial intelligence.
